Ryan Bader is Director of Operations and Equity Trader at Huatai Securities (USA). He is responsible for the build out of Huatai’s equity operational platform and trading for China and Hong Kong to US investors.

Prior to joining Huatai, Ryan managed $4bn at a thematic ETF Issuer and worked as an Equity Sales Trader at Société Générale where he was tasked with building and expanding their global capabilities. Ryan began his career at Deutsche Bank where he led operational teams for a number of years in Jacksonville, Florida prior to moving into an ETF Market Making role in New York City.
