Londian Wason priced its initial public offering of 4,285,714 American Depositary Shares (“ADSs”) at $22.00 per ADS, the top end of the marketed price range, representing total gross proceeds of approximately $94.3 million before the exercise of the underwriters’ over-allotment option. The transaction represents the largest U.S. IPO by a Chinese issuer in 2026 to date.
