Jingxue (Wendy) Guo is a Vice President at Huatai Securities (USA), where she focuses on TMT and Healthcare Investment Banking and Equity Capital Markets practices.

Wendy has executed financings and M&A transactions in the TMT and Healthcare sectors, including Diagnostics and Life Sciences Tools. Most recently, in Huatai USA’s Equity Capital Markets group, Wendy works on syndication efforts, including book-run equity offerings across Initial Public Offerings, Pre-IPO, and Follow-ons.

Prior to joining Huatai Securities (USA), Wendy worked as a Business Development Manager at Alibaba, one of the world’s largest e-commerce companies.

Wendy received her MBA from Zicklin School of Business, Baruch College, and her Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from China University of Petroleum.
