Yufang serves as Executive Director & Head Trader of FICC business at Huatai Securities (USA). He takes the leading role in the build-out of Huatai’s FICC franchise based in New York to provide US market execution and liquidity for Chinese investors, and to provide US investors access to the growing Chinese fixed income product offerings. 

Prior to joining Huatai USA, Yufang has held senior trading positions at Nomura, Mizuho, and Credit Suisse in the US for over 10 years with extensive experience in interest rate flow products market making. 

Yufang received a Ph.D. from Yale University and a Bachelor’s from Tsinghua University, both in Electrical Engineering.
