David is the Operational Risk Manager at Huatai Securities (USA). He is responsible for the build out of Huatai’s US Risk Management Framework and helping to reduce overall risk for HTUS. 

Prior to joining Huatai, David spent 5 years at Deutsche Bank Asset Wealth Management as Operational Risk Manager overseeing Lending, Custody, Trust, US onshore Private Banking and Offshore Private Banking as well as Asset management. Prior to that, David has held senior positions at Jefferies Group, Ernst & Young and Bank of America/Fleet Securities and has experience in all 3 Lines of Defense.  

David received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Baruch College, Zicklin School of Business.
